Our prototypes are produced using a Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machine to cut the part from metal or plastic. Starting with a 3D SolidWorks rendering, we develop a program that performs the actual machining.

The benefit of producing a CNC prototype is that it can be created in the exact material as is planned for the final product, whether common or exotic. This means that fully functional prototypes can be created for testing in the planned product environment.

• We produce rapid prototypes, unlike traditional machine shops.

• We offer a wide range of in-house finishing options including textures, color-matched paint, pad printing, EMI shielding and inserts.

• We perform an assembly fit check on all products.

• We get the job done right, on time, every time.
